Raion Immigration Services Steps to Expect

Step 1 – Free Initial Phone Discussion

The 15-minute consultation will help us understand exactly what you need. We can then suggest some options that may be open to you. Again, this first call is completely free and for our mutual benefit. From this point, you may decide if moving forward is right for you.

Step 2 – One Hour In-Person Meeting

During this more in-depth discussion, we will offer a deeper analysis of your issue so that we may determine the best course of action for your application to receive the greatest chance for success.

We will measure your eligibility based on the proper category for your application and identify any hurdles that may delay it, including possible resolutions to avoid them.

If you have any applications that were previously filed, at this point, we can offer our second opinion on how we can best proceed, whether that includes submitting further details, waiting, or withdrawing the application.

However, certain things are not included in this consultation:

Application and supporting documentation reviews
Assistance to complete applications
Checklist for any required documentation

Step 3 - Retainer

A retainer is taken to initiate the contract between you and Raion Immigration Services. The agreement will outline:

Necessary Work
Payment Schedule
Your Rights
Your Responsibilities
Corporate Obligations
Regulator Contact Information

Step 4 – Application Submission

We will create your file based on your documentation and application forms will be completed. The package is then submitted to IRCC and we will follow up with them as necessary while keeping you advised.
